1) Amendments to the framework agreement must be made in writing to be effective (unless the agreement has been concluded verbally).
2) The photographer shall carry out the photographic work personally. However, he shall be entitled to employ assistants of his choice.
3) The technical and artistic design of the photographic work shall be at the photographer's discretion.
4) Written and telephone inquiries shall be limited to a reasonable amount. Superfluous and time-consuming inquiries will be charged at an additional CHF 80.00 per hour.
5) Should any provision of this contract be or become legally invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract. The invalid or void provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision and the intention of the contracting parties in a legally permissible manner. The same shall apply if this contract is incomplete.
6) The photographer is entitled to publish the photographic material free of charge, without any temporal or spatial restrictions, in modified or unmodified form, provided it is not for commercial use. The photographer has the right to publish the photographic material
- on its website, tiktok, Instagram and Facebook
- In workbooks 
- in the shop window of his photo studio
- in galleries and exhibitions 

for information and advertising purposes. 
7) The final results may be objected to once after the first draft. The photographer is entitled to reject serious and cost-intensive changes after a single change at the customer's request. 
8) With the photographer's consent, clients are entitled to name the photographer when utilizing the photographic work and parts thereof. 
9) VAT shall be deducted from the photographer's income tax as ancillary income after deduction of all costs. 
10) In the event of late payment / non-payment, the payment will be handed over to the collection agency: dieInkasso AG, Baarerstrasse 99, 6300 Zug 
11) The contracts are subject to Swiss law.
